2-Ply Thermal Pan

■ 530 × 325 mm
■ Stainless Steel 304 18-8 (type 27)
■ The surfaces are clean and flat with a slight inclined to be stacked in
a minimum space.
■ The corners are rounded to hold more food and for easy washing. 　
■ The edges are finished in a z-shape to prevent bending for longer use.
The pan can maintain level on a steam table, and can maintain
the food’s temperature by reducing heat loss.
■ NSF certified product. Dishwasher safe.
